Tonight was Thai salmon night a first for me but I’m thinking of making it a regular feature in the Volpe household. Quick and easy cheat Thai salmon. We visited a new butcher in our area at the weekend and tasted their range of marinades and chutneys. We brought the Thai marinade and for a change tried it on salmon.
